Yair Weisblum is a Partner in PwC Canada’s Financial Services Consulting & Deals practice with more than 25 years of experience. Yair has worked on various assignments with clients, such as large banks and financial institutions in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean. Prior to becoming a consultant, Yair worked at two leading Canadian banks in their Wealth, Commercial Marketing, and digital units.
Yair assists clients with wealth, commercial, retail banking, and digital strategies. His experiences include developing and implementing banking operating models, creating multi-channel strategies, designing business and technology architectures and roadmaps. Yair is a recognized financial services professional, having spoken in several industry forums and published white papers on various topics such as Digital Banking, FinTech, Process Redesign, and Customer Experience.
Yair obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. In addition to his practitioner responsibilities, Yair is also the lead relationship partner for a top 5 Canadian Bank and is the PwC’s GTA Market & Partner Engagement Lead.
