Elisa Swern, is PwC Canada’s Retail and Consumer Markets Leader and the GTA Alumni and Retired Partners Leader.

Located in the Greater Toronto Area, Elisa specializes in business consulting, particularly in strategy, supply chain and IT. With more than 25 years experience, she’s a trusted advisor to Canadian retail, wholesale and consumer goods manufacturing companies. Her passion lies in helping her clients solve their most important business challenges as well as fostering growth and development with her teams. Throughout her impressive career, she has helped countless professionals navigate the dynamic world of retail consulting through coaching and mentoring. Prior to joining PwC Canada, she held a number of executive roles at Loblaw Companies where she helped her colleagues realize their full potential.

Elisa is a member of the professional advisory committee at the Baycrest Foundation. Outside of work, she loves travelling and spending time with her husband and 2 children.
