Lesley is Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Equities and oversees approximately 85 investment professionals responsible for portfolio management across the firm’s 11 fundamental equity boutiques. She is a seasoned investment leader with more than 30 years of experience in asset and wealth management, including 22 years at a leading Canadian bank, where she built a strong track record as a portfolio manager of Canadian equity portfolios. Lesley currently serves as Chair of the Crescent School Foundation board, is a member of the advisory board for the Institute for Sustainable Finance and is a board member for the Kids Help Phone Foundation.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Lesley is a CFA charterholder and holds the ICD.D designation.
