An over 20 year marketing/advertising executive responsible for leading Fortune 500 brands over his career such as adidas, Pepsi, Sobeys, Ford Motor Company, Visa, The Home Depot, Gillette, Rogers Communications, Bank of Montreal, FedEx, Air Canada among many others. He also contributed towards award winning work for initiatives with the adidas, Visa, Canadian Olympic Committee, and The Canadian Down Syndrome Society.


As VP Managing Director at FCB Canada, he oversees all aspects of growth across the Canadian operation. He also oversees several businesses and digital integration across the group of companies to ensure the agency and its client partners are deploying the most effective communication opportunities to uncover business driving outcomes.


FCB Canada is a seven-time Strategy Magazine Digital Agency of the Year, the most awarded Canadian Creative Agency at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity 3 times running and a judge at the Effies (marketing effectiveness award show).


Ricky is also a Co-Founder of the #organdonorswim, an annual relay swim across Lake Muskoka to raise awareness for organ donation. Entering its 9th year, the #organdonorswim has raised over $100k to send kids with organ challenges to a week long overnight summer camp experience at Camp Kivita.
