Steph Gee is a beauty entrepreneur and partner of Gee Beauty, a multi-generational beauty brand founded in Toronto in 2005 by the Gee women. The mother-daughters team pioneered modern beauty in Canada, offering skin, makeup and brow services in their Toronto studio location. Retailing world-renown beauty brands and their own signature makeup range, the concept grew and expended into the US with studio locations in Miami, and their makeup brand now retailed at Nordstrom and Holt Renfrew. 

As a leader in retail experience and operations, brand strategy and HR, Steph plays a central role in shaping the Gee Beauty experience — from team culture and client hospitality to business growth and innovation.
